Three of the brands affected by the analysis of sunscreen creams from the OCU deny the results

A few days ago we published a summary of the analysis of sunscreen creams recently published by the OCU, in which some of the creams were quite badly stopped.

Three of the affected brands have issued a statement in order to refute the results of the analysis or, at a minimum, to show the results of their tests and of the tests of the independent laboratories that analyze their products. The three brands are Biotherm, Delial Y La Roche-Posay.

What the three brands say

In the three communications, very similar in the wording, we can read the initial disagreement of each of the brands with the analysis carried out by the OCU, to which they add a message of tranquility and confidence towards their products in order to let people know consumers who are quality, safe and effective sunscreens.

The three brands defend their products by offering us the data that independent laboratories collect about their creams (remember that the OCU commented that some of the creams protected less than what the packaging said).

According Biothermyour protector Lait Solaire SPF30, which was last in the analysis, offers SPF protection 43.5. Delial explains that the Ambré Solaire Moisturizing Protective Milk SPF 30 It has a real protection of 35.6 SPF and the Ambré Solaire Golden Protect SPF30 of 33.7 and La Roche-Posay communicate that your cream Anthelios Smooth Lotion SPF30 It has a real SPF of 33.8.
